Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review Soulvaria's cancellation and refund policies for service bookings and retail purchases below.
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Service Bookings
Bookings for Up to 2 Players
24 HOURS
Customers may receive a full refund or account credit when at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation is provided.
Bookings for 3 or More Players
48 HOURS
Customers may receive a full refund or account credit when at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation is provided.
Party Bookings
7 DAYS
Party bookings require at least 7 days' notice of cancellation to qualify for a refund or account credit. Special circumstances may be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Operator Cancellations
NON-FAULT REFUND
If Soulvaria must cancel a booking because of weather, unsafe conditions or another unforeseen circumstance, customers will receive a full refund or account credit.
No-Shows
Customers who do not arrive for their scheduled booking and have not provided the required cancellation notice will be charged the full booking price.

Please call Soulvaria at 902-270-2673 to cancel a booking or ask about a cancellation. Cancellation requests are subject to the notice periods listed above.

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds:
Vouchers
Gift certificates
Gaming services that have already been used or redeemed
Board games
Collectibles
Trading card game products
Tabletop gaming products
Special circumstances may be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
Important Information
Refund and credit eligibility is based on the amount of cancellation notice provided.
Any approved refund will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Account credits must be used directly with Soulvaria and have no cash value.
Soulvaria reserves the right to review special circumstances individually.
This policy is subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
