Soulvaria Youth Club Sponsorship
Every Child Deserves a Place to Play, Connect and Belong
Financial challenges should not prevent a young person from building friendships, discovering new interests and becoming part of a welcoming community. Through the generosity of local sponsors, Soulvaria may be able to provide Youth Club sponsorships to families who need additional support.
Asking for Support Is Okay
We understand that every family's circumstances are different. Unexpected expenses, changes in employment, rising living costs and many other challenges can make extracurricular programs difficult to afford.
This application gives you an opportunity to tell us how Youth Club sponsorship could help your child. You do not need to provide bank statements, tax documents, Social Insurance Numbers or detailed financial records. We only ask for enough information to understand your family's circumstances and your child's potential benefit from the program.
All applications will be treated respectfully and kept as private as reasonably possible.
How Sponsorship Works
Four simple steps from application to registration — here's what to expect along the way.

Complete the Application
Tell us about your child, their interests and why financial assistance would be helpful.

Join the Sponsorship Waitlist
Soulvaria will privately review the application and retain it for consideration.

Community Funding Becomes Available
Money raised through community sponsorships and fundraising is placed into the Youth Club sponsorship fund.

We Contact Your Family
When funding and program space become available, Soulvaria will contact selected families to discuss registration and next steps.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that sponsorship will be available. The number and timing of sponsorships depend on community funding and available Youth Club spaces. We will do our best to help as many children as possible.
Who Can Apply?
A parent or legal guardian may apply if:
Financial circumstances make regular Youth Club fees difficult to manage.
Their child would benefit from additional opportunities to socialize and build friendships.
Their child is interested in gaming, technology, creativity or group activities.
Their child would benefit from a welcoming and inclusive community environment.
They can communicate with Soulvaria's Youth Club team about scheduling, support needs and attendance.
Families do not need to prove extreme financial hardship to apply — if you feel your child would benefit, we'd love to hear from you.

You do not need to demonstrate extreme financial hardship to apply. We understand that every family's circumstances are different, and all requests will be treated with dignity and respect.
