Birthday Party FAQs
Soulvaria offers five party packages: the Free-Roam VR Party, VR Arcade Party, PC Gaming Lounge Party, Full Facility Party, and the Soulvaria & Jokers Wild VR & Bounce House Party Package.
Each listed birthday party package includes two hours of party time.
The Free-Roam VR and VR Arcade party packages include VR during the first hour. The other gaming services included with your selected package remain available throughout the full two-hour party.
Yes! Up to three additional headsets can be added, allowing for a maximum of nine Free-Roam VR headsets. Additional headsets are $25 + HST each and are subject to availability.
Yes. Additional VR time can be added to any package for $25 + HST per headset, per additional hour. Availability must be confirmed when booking.
Yes. VR headsets may be added to a PC Gaming Lounge Party for $25 + HST per headset, per hour. Please contact Soulvaria to discuss the number of players and confirm availability.
Yes! The entire PC Gaming Lounge can be added to the Free-Roam VR Party Package for $100 + HST.
Yes. Available add-ons include a combined magic show and balloon artist for $165 + HST, balloon animals for $65 + HST per hour, and face painting for $65 + HST per hour. All Jokers Wild Entertainment services are subject to scheduling and availability.
The bounce house add-on is available exclusively with the Free-Roam VR Party Package for $230 + HST. It is subject to scheduling and availability.
Yes. Every Soulvaria birthday party package includes party pizza from Greco. The number of pizzas included may vary depending on the selected package.
Yes! Birthday cakes, cupcakes, candy and other baked goods may be brought without paying the outside-food charge.
Yes. A $30 + HST charge applies to personal outside-food orders to help cover additional supplies and cleanup. This charge does not apply to candy, baked goods or small fruit, vegetable and meat trays.
Please contact Soulvaria before the party to discuss any allergies or dietary requirements. This gives our team time to review your needs and help you plan accordingly.
Capacity depends on the selected package and how guests will rotate between activities. For example, the Free-Roam VR Party begins with six headsets and can be expanded to nine. The Nintendo Switch portion supports up to 12 players, while the VR Arcade Party includes six VR Arcade Pods and four PlayStation 5 consoles supporting up to 16 players. Contact Soulvaria to determine the best package for your group size.
Not necessarily. Depending on the selected package, guests may have access to several gaming services during the celebration. Our team can explain how players can rotate between the included activities.
No. Soulvaria's two racing simulators include a steering wheel, pedals and shifter, but they are not full-motion simulators.
No. Additional VR equipment, extended VR time, bounce houses and Jokers Wild Entertainment services are subject to scheduling and availability. We recommend requesting add-ons as early as possible.
No. HST is added to all advertised party-package and add-on prices.

Birthday party cancellations require at least seven days' notice. Please contact Soulvaria as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
