SAFETY & SETUP
Before Booking an Outdoor Package
We want your outdoor event to be safe and successful — here's what to know before booking.
If booking the tent or bounce house: The Inflatable party tents or bounce houses cannot be installed during rain or high winds.
If booking the tent or bounce house: Outdoor availability is seasonal and subject to suitable weather.
The tent requires a clear outdoor setup area of at least 26.2 ft × 19.7 ft, plus additional clearance for safe installation and anchoring.
The bounce house requires adequate indoor or outdoor space and is subject to the equipment's setup requirements.
For both indoor, and outdoor venue: Customers must confirm venue access, space, surface conditions and electrical access before the event.
Mileage charges apply to locations outside the CBRM.
Final outdoor setup approval is subject to weather, safety and site conditions.

Our standard Mobile Free-Roam VR package requires a minimum of four headsets and can accommodate up to nine headsets.
No. The party tent is seasonal and cannot be set up during rain or high winds. Setup is always subject to weather, surface and safety conditions.
Yes, the bounce house may be installed indoors or outdoors when the venue meets all space, height, surface, access and power requirements.
Soulvaria delivers and sets up the package for your scheduled rental period. The package is then enjoyed without a dedicated staff member remaining for the entire event.
Yes. Staffed service is available for the Party Tent & Console Gaming and Party Tent & Movie packages for an additional $20 + HST per hour.
The staffed upgrade includes on-site assistance, popcorn with a popcorn machine, one large pizza and one 2-litre bottle of pop.
Yes. Guests can select a movie, and Soulvaria will arrange the rental as part of the movie package, subject to availability.
Please provide your preferred date and time, event address, package choice, number and ages of participants, expected attendance, indoor or outdoor setup preference, and information about the available setup space.
Yes. Staffed setups running past 10 PM — including Safe Grad and other late-night events — incur a calculated late-night fee, which will be included in your quote.
Yes! You can rent just our inflatable party tent for $150 + HST. Mileage will be calculated based on distance outside of CBRM and included in your quote.
