Time: Prepare for an adrenaline-pumping hour of competition, with matches scheduled from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM each night.
Days: Dive into the action, where matches will be scheduled between Monday to Thursday, with Fridays reserved as a crucial day for rescheduling if teams need a second chance to shine.

Regular Season Thrills: Engage in a best-of-one format for a full 10 weeks of nail-biting matches! Every game counts, and every decision can tip the scales!
Play-Off Excitement: Gear up for the electrifying best-of-three, Single Elimination bracket during the Play-Offs! Only the best will survive—who will rise to the challenge?

Tournaments Maps: Maps will be drawn from the current competitive map pool, ensuring that teams face the most dynamic and challenging environments. Prepare to showcase your strategies and teamwork on these legendary battlegrounds

Check-In Requirement: Teams must check in a solid 15 minutes before their match begins. Late arrivals will feel the heat!
Punctuality Matters: Matches will start on the dot! A 10-minute grace period is offered, but after that, teams that aren't ready will forfeit the match. (Exception: Equipment issues—not all heroes wear capes!)
Weekly Map Consistency: For the Regular Season, all teams will battle on the same map each week, ramping up the competition! But watch out—Play-Offs will introduce a thrilling pick/ban format where strategy will shine like never before!

Reporting Results: Each team is solely responsible for reporting their match results to the tournament organizers. Keep the communication flowing!
Captain's Role: Captains, step up! Ensure every member of your team is present and ready to go. If a player is absent, you’ll need to reschedule—let's keep the spirit alive!
Handling Disconnections: If a player disconnects during a match, the game continues until the round concludes. They can jump back in for the next round… unless they were already eliminated.

If you encounter any technical hiccups, don’t hesitate to notify the tournament organizers immediately. Swift action keeps the games rolling smoothly!

Throughout league play, we will be on the lookout for the local best to join our very own SOULVARIAN VALORANT TEAM!
This team will not only represent Soulvaria and CB by competing online, but will also have the exciting opportunity to travel to tournaments hosted across Canada.
